Welcome to the holiday season! Not the ideal time to rip apart your home with remodeling, but possibly the best time to start planning your next project for 2013. We recently completed a private front entry garden in this La Jolla home between the existing house and its new guest house. The Bali Modern pavilion secures the property while enhancing street appeal; its features include a bronze standing-seam metal roof, distressed wood corbels, and a cedar-stained gate with a thatch bamboo resin window inset.
Space Planning: designing to accomodate all the amenities and components that will make the room most comfortable and functional for the occupants. Besides furniture and media systems, this includes sound and light control within the space. Furniture templates are a helpful ingredient when translating design concepts into a physical layout.
